With over 20 years of experience, Dbeere Properties is a trusted provider of high-quality, affordable student accommodation in Cardiff. Our partially furnished, modern rooms are located in Cardiff’s prime student areas, offering convenient access to Cardiff University, Cardiff Metropolital University, Royal Welsh College of Music and Drama, and the University of South Wales.
At Dbeere Properties, we prioritise comfort, convenience, and community for our tenants. Each property is thoughtfully maintained by our dedicated Operations Director, Julie Sakkas, who oversees all maintenance to ensure that every space meets our high standards. We hold all relevant licenses and all Health & Safety certificates are up-to-date (gas certificate, sprinklers, fire doors, etc.) Our properties provide a welcoming environment where students can feel at home while focusing on their studies and enjoying Cardiff’s vibrant city life.

Are bills included in the rent?
Bills are excluded from the rental price, however we can offer a utilities package through UniHomes if requested.
How can I schedule a viewing?
You can schedule a viewing by contacting us through our website or by calling us/sending us a WhatsApp on 07813 777842.
Are the properties furnished?
Our properties come partially furnished with modern amenities to ensure a comfortable living experience for our students.
Is there a security deposit required?
Yes, a security deposit is required to secure your booking. This deposit is refundable at the end of your tenancy, subject to terms and conditions. Deposits are held with the Government Deposit Protection Scheme.
What is the minimum lease term?
The minimum lease term is typically 12 months, aligning with the academic year. However, we may offer flexibility depending on availability.
Can I bring my pet?
Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in our student accommodations to maintain a clean and allergy-free environment for all residents.
Is there parking available?
There are no parking spaces at our properties, but street parking is available, some of which is permit holders only. You can apply for a parking permit via Cardiff Council. We encourage the use of public transport due to our central location.
